I’m getting a chance to buy 2 calming effects foundations only for $10. Is it okay for dry skin? Please share your experiences
And if not, which one should I buy?

in my opinion there are better products for dry skin. Your effort should be on hydrating the skin first minus the foundation aspect when the skin is in a better state use mineral loose foundations . So I have given three price ranges low,medium & high

2)Healthy Defense Daily Moisturizer by Neutrogena
Exfoliator- Rapid Clear Exfoliating Scrub
Philosophy
Moisturizer- Hope in a Jar or Miracle Worker
Exfoliator- Micro-delivery micro-massage exfoliating wash

1) Immortelle Precious Cream- a little goes a long away, you will not recognize your own skin
2)Angelica Hydration Cream
Shea Butter Ultra Rich Face Cream and to exfoliate
Imortelle Brightening Instant Exfoliator
I do not use a toner but never wash my face with soap so an alcohol free and soap free cleanser will do sufficiently.
